About Shakti Engineering Works

Shakti Engineering Works builds vibratory screening machines for companies that need consistent particle separation: vibro screens, vibro sifters, gyro screens and vibrating sieves. Our workshop is in the GIDC Vatva industrial area of Ahmedabad, and our machines are supplied across India and exported.

What we do

Every machine we make works on the same proven principle: a vibratory motor with adjustable eccentric weights drives the screen deck in a gyratory motion, so material spreads evenly across the mesh and separates by size quickly and without blinding. Around that principle we configure the screen diameter, number of decks, mesh, contact material and outlets to suit your product and capacity.

Who we work with

Pharmaceutical manufacturers have long relied on our sifters for granule and powder grading, and our screens are equally at home in food, chemical, ceramic, mineral and recycling plants. Thousands of machines built in our workshop are in daily service.

How we work

• Engineering advice before you buy: we help you choose the diameter, deck count and mesh for your material.
• Manufacturing in mild steel or stainless steel (SS 304 / SS 316) with finishes to suit sanitary or heavy-duty duty.
• Support after installation, including spare screens, gaskets and motor service.
