A round, enclosed vibratory screen that grades, sifts and de-lumps dry and wet materials. Six sizes from 600 to 1800 mm diameter, with one or two decks.

Overview
The Circular Vibro Screen from Shakti Engineering Works is the general-purpose separator of the range. A vertically mounted vibratory motor with adjustable eccentric weights gives the deck a gyratory movement, so material travels in a spiral from the centre to the rim. Undersize passes the mesh; oversize leaves through its own tangential outlet.
The same machine handles screening, sifting, classification, grading, fibre recovery and liquid filtration simply by changing the mesh and the weight setting. Frames are fabricated in-house in Ahmedabad and every machine is run-tested before dispatch.
