Overview
The Vibrating Sieve is built around a main frame, screen mesh, electric motor, coupling, spring supports and an eccentric drive. Single and double deck versions are the most common, and the deck can be inclined from 0 to 25 degrees, or up to 45 degrees for special duties.
High-frequency models operate between 1500 and 7200 RPM at low stroke, which makes them well suited to fine, dense materials in mineral processing. Vibration can be generated electrically or hydraulically, and an electromagnetic vibrator allows the frequency to be adjusted to the product.
