How screening helps
Polymer powders and pellets often carry dust, long strands and fused lumps from extrusion or pneumatic conveying. Screening them before moulding or bagging prevents surface defects, feeder blockages and customer complaints.
A circular vibro screen with one or two decks separates oversize and fines in a single pass while handling light, static-prone materials gently.
